Horace Hamby is the original owner of Hamby Construction & Roofing, Inc. He is a State Certified Residential Builder as well as State Certified Roofing Contractor which means he can provide services anywhere in the State of Florida.
Horace was born in North Carolina and has resided in Putnam County since age 3. Horace graduated from the Crescent City High School Class of 1969 and attended St. Johns River Community College until being drafted into the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He, along with several of his high school buddies, opted to enlist in the U.S. Navy Reserves and served from 1972 to 1978 receiving an honorable discharge.
Horace and his wife Jane began Hamby Construction & Roofing, Inc. on December 23, 1981. They have served North East for over
40 years and truly enjoy what they do with no plans of full time retirement. Their dedication to your project shows the quality of their business practices and their reviews reflect why their real client's don't hesitate to refer them to their friends, family and professional colleagues.
